Key Priorities
- Build and implement a scalable safety strategy aligned to significant business growth.
- Further embed a proactive safety culture where safety is a visible and valued part of day-to-day operations.
- Strengthen systems, governance, reporting and leading indicators to support informed decision-making.
- Drive greater ownership of safety across the business and influence leaders at all levels.
- Lead initiatives across physical safety, psychosocial risk and wellbeing.
- Ensure the safety function can support a rapidly growing workforce and project portfolio.
You are an experienced safety executive who knows how to build capability and drive change in dynamic project environments. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, making decisions quickly and influencing stakeholders across executive, operational and frontline levels.
You will bring:
- Senior safety leadership experience within construction, electrical, infrastructure, utilities or major projects.
- A track record of building scalable safety frameworks in growing organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance safety, productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The resilience and agility to succeed in a business undergoing rapid transformation and growth.
