The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Head, this is a senior strategic role leading the health, safety and environmental agenda for one of the Group’s most recognised brands.
You’ll work directly with the Executive GM to embed strong culture, systems and leadership across operations, supply chain, marketing, sales and product development. It’s a visible, hands on role that flexes between day to day engagement and influencing at executive level, connecting safety and performance across the full business.
What You’ll Bring

- Strong relationship and influencing capability – able to partner effectively with executive leaders.
- A solid grasp of operational risk, ideally including process safety, critical controls or other high hazard settings.
- Commercial awareness and systems thinking – connecting people, process and performance.
