The Opportunity Reporting to the Global Head, this senior role leads the Health, Safety and Environment agenda for one of the Group’s most recognised businesses.
Working directly with the Executive GM and leadership team, you’ll embed strong safety culture, systems and leadership across operations, supply chain, sales, marketing and product development. This is a hands-on, high impact role that balances operational engagement with executive influence, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business while thinking strategically.
What you’ll bring:
- A confident, engaging leadership style and the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong senior level influencing and relationship capability
- A solid understanding of operational risk, ideally within complex or high hazard environments (process safety, critical controls, etc.)
- Commercial awareness and systems thinking, with the ability to connect people, process and performance
- A practical mindset, focused on what works, not just what’s written
