We are seeking an experienced Environmental Planning and Approvals Specialist to join a national energy client, and support major projects with a strong focus on planning, development and environmental approvals. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with legislation, and guiding stakeholders through complex regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage environmental and development approval processes across multiple projects
  • Engage with regulators, government agencies, and key stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes
  • Support project teams to navigate complex approval pathways and mitigate risks
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in environmental planning, permitting, and approvals
  • Strong knowledge of state planning and environmental legislation
  • Proven ability to manage approvals within tight project deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
