An ASX listed market leader in the industrial services sector, the organisation operates across a vast operational footprint with a broad risk profile. Operating nationwide, this organisation is focused on HSE continuous improvement programs through simple, practical safety systems management.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance in health & safety contractor management across the business
  • Ensure the requirements of the Contractor Management Framework (CMF) are implemented and expanded to cover all service streams
  • Lead and support implementation of the contractor management framework, including prequalification, onboarding, compliance monitoring, performance reviews, and offboarding processes
  • Shape health & safety frameworks and systems that influence the whole organisation
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, analytics, and reporting to elevate risk visibility and mitigation
  • Support risk assessments, incident investigations, assurance activities and mitigation planning
  • Drive improvements in contractor health & safety practices through collaboration and training
About You
  • An experienced senior health & safety professional with extensive experience in multisite operations and contractor-intensive environments, including major projects
  • Skilled in risk assessment, incident management, and complex risk mitigation solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, especially senior leadership.
  • Capable of developing and improving contractor management systems and frameworks.
  • Strong communicator with coaching and training capability, and high data literacy to support analytics and reporting.
