About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Health, Safety & Wellbeing, the Business Partner Health, Safety and Wellbeing supports HSW outcomes across manufacturing and retail sites through a genuine partnering approach.
  
This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on coaching and mentoring leaders and teams, strengthening safety capability and embedding practical, fit-for-purpose HSW solutions that support both safety and operations.
  
About you
You are a practical, people-focused HSW professional who enjoys working closely with the business rather than operating in isolation. You bring a coaching mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  
You will bring:
  • Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
  • ICAM Certified, with experience facilitating incident investigations
  • Exposure to machinery safety and plant risk 
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to coach and mentor others
  • A hands-on style and comfortable being visible on site
