About the Role
The Acting/Interim Head of OHS is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring OHS and risk management initiatives and strategies across the organisation, and providing specialist legislative and policy guidance to management.
There are a number of key project initiatives to lead, some including:
- Psychosocial Risk Management Plan
- Mental Health & Wellbeing Plan
- Contractor Safety Framework
- Enhancement of Incident Investigations and Trend Analysis
- Online automation of health safety & wellbeing training
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience within a similar role. You will be commercially astute and have an analytical and strategic mind. This position will require you to hit the ground running, work proactively and show initiative. But most importantly, fit their culture.
