ABOUT THE ROLES 
One role is to support an elevated risk profile across a high risk corporate environment, and the other across both a corporate and operational portfolio.
  
Each of these roles will support an individual business unit, and are accountable for diagnosing, designing and delivering safety and wellbeing improvement solutions to facilitate an improved safety leadership culture.
  
These strategic initiatives will be identified in collaboration with the safety and broader leadership teams using a comprehensive diagnostic approach that will draw on a variety of data sources.  You will develop a real commercial understanding of how the business unit operates, make effective use of your deep knowledge technical knowledge and coaching ability to help implement safety and wellbeing strategy
  
ABOUT EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a safety, psychosocial and wellbeing advisory role within a large organisation
  • Skilled in interpreting and applying legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Hands-on experience with safety management systems and implementation
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication
  • Proven skills coaching and engaging across a broad stakeholder network
