Jai has been working in the search and talent acquisition market for over 15 years, starting her career with a boutique executive search firm based in Sydney, she then joined a leading real estate consultancy based in London where she spent 10 years working across a global remit.

Over those years, Jai has built up an impressive client base from global and national organisations to smaller boutique firms. She prides herself on having a consultative approach and has been engaged by multi-national organisations for mid to senior level talent searches.

Returning to Sydney, she joined The Safe Step and specialises in searches at the mid to senior end of the market within the Health & Safety, HSE and Risk Management space.

Outside of the office, Jai enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active and enjoy travelling to different destinations.
