Jai has been working in search and talent acquisition since 2007, starting her career with a boutique firm in Sydney before moving to London in 2010 to join a leading global real estate consultancy. Over the next decade, she operated across an international remit, partnering with both multinational organisations and specialist firms to deliver mid to senior searches.

She is known for her consultative, relationship driven approach and her ability to build strong, long term partnerships with both clients and candidates. Jai has led complex search engagements across multiple markets, taking the time to understand business priorities, team dynamics and what genuinely drives individuals.

Since returning to Sydney in 2020, Jai has been part of The Safe Step, specialising in mid to senior appointments across health, safety, environment and wellbeing. She brings a strong track record of connecting high calibre talent with organisations and is valued for her market insight, professionalism and focus on achieving the right long term fit.
